I contacted Premier Windows through Angie's List. I sent an email and was surprised that they called a few hours later. They set up a time for a consultation and arrived on that scheduled day.

The representative, Tony, was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He went step-by-step explaining the process, the pros and cons of which product to use in our attic and didn't mind when our Corgi sat licking his leg for several minutes!   They were great, and I will definitely use them again. 

I cannot recommend them highly enough and encourage everyone to consult with them before choosing a home improvement contractor.

Premier is very punctual.  Tony came to our home to provide an estimate the same day I called!  The initial estimate was for gutters only.  While in the process of obtaining competing estimates, we revamped our intentions to include the insulation in my attic.

Premier’s staff is professional, punctual, polite, and perfectionists when it comes to paying attention to detail.  They aim to please, and they do regularly.  At least I am assuming that based on how many happy customers like me they have.

The best thing about working with Premier Windows is that they are always on time, very professional and cheerful.  They were pleasant to work with, and unlike most contractors I was completely at ease with them traipsing around my home trying to get their work done.
